Clinton Portis will officially announce his retirement on Thursday, August 23, a few weeks before the start of the 2012 NFL season. The 9-year veteran (who hasn’t played since 2010) will retire as a Washington Redskins, but many Denver Broncos fans will look back nostalgically on the few years that Portis played with the Broncos at the beginning of his career.
