SAN DIEGO (AP) — Antonio Gates caught a 15-yard touchdown from Philip Rivers, Nick Novak kicked a 32-yard field goal and the San Diego Chargers took a 10-0 lead over the Denver Broncos after a sloppy first quarter Monday night.
