The biggest upset of the season thus far, Arizona beating New England, definitely had an effect on Week 3 NFL power rankings. The teams thought to be the worst in the league one week ago are still at the bottom of the list, while the 49ers have proven that they are true title contenders. San Fran is no fluke.
