One of new coach John Fox’s favorite expressions is “the best pass defense is a pass rush.” The addition of Texas A&M outside linebacker Von Miller, arguably the draft’s top edge rusher, makes sense when put into a prism in which the Broncos finished last in the league last season and 13th or lower in eight of the past 10 seasons.
