Broncos sign cornerback, wide receiver

The Denver Broncos have signed cornerback Rashod Moulton and wide receiver Travis Shelton.

The team didn’t disclose terms of the contracts Thursday.

Moulton is a first-year cornerback waived by Denver on June 18 after initially joining the team’s practice squad last October. He spent his rookie season in 2007 on Jacksonville’s practice squad after concluding his career at Fort Valley State.

Shelton is a rookie wide receiver who entered the NFL as a college free agent with Denver in April.
