DOVE VALLEY — Rookie safety Josh Barrett from Arizona State made a name for himself in the Broncos morning practice today and veteran tight end Tony Scheffler paid for it at Dove Valley.
Broncos safety John Lynch, who is wrestling with limited playing time in the Broncos defense, was excused from practice Wednesday morning for what coach Mike Shanahan called “personal reasons.”
